Due to high demand, processing times may be extended. If so, we will communicate updates directly to you via email.

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes:

• 3–5 business days (U.S. Standard Shipping)

Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Seraphic Rootz is not responsible for:

• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

• Delays caused by USPS/UPS

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

Because of the overwhelming support for Seraphic Rootz products, some orders may experience longer processing times.
